Field and frequency dependent bio-catalysis and drug delivey

This is a project partially funded by UCLan through international scholarship programme where Dr Sen, Prof. Bond and Dr Mercer are looking to study the effect of microwave frequency and the high alternating current (AC) field on bio-catalysis using enzyme immobilised superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles and drug delivery. A postgraduate student has already started in this project for a PhD programme from 10th October 2011.
